It's Youth Art Month, and while he was visiting schools in our area, we managed to find a quiet place to speak with Frank Remkiewicz, the well-known illustrator of the popular Froggy Books and the early readers about Horrible Harry. Frank's first big job as a grown-up commercial artist was redesigning the Animal Crackers box. But his call to art declared itself, as he tells us, much earlier.
