Recently, at the University of Florida we began a campus-wide discussion about race, based on Dr. Beverly Daniel Tatum's book, Why Are All the Black Kids Sitting Together in the Cafeteria? We wanted to continue the conversation today with Dr. Katheryn Russell-Brown, the Director of our University's Center for the Study of Race and Race Relations about having these conversations about race with our children.
